Step 1. Recommend customer to (pre-vacuum) to extract all dry soil and debris. This step is crucial because if not (pre-vacuumed) and cleaning starts, mud will be created.

Step 2. Inspect and determine which (pre-conditioner) should be applied to break down traffic lane areas, oil-base stains and grease. Then carpets are agitated with a grooming brush to allow (pre-conditioner) to expand into fibers allowing soils to be suspended. Allow 5-15 minutes dwell time for product to settle in order for best results.

Step 3. Now carpet is ready for the “Hot Water Extraction” method, commonly referred as steam cleaning. The method process consists of passing a tool over carpets several times injecting a cleaning detergent solution deep within the fibers at a pressure of 300 psi and a temperature of 230 degrees Fahrenheit which does not over-wet carpets like machines that can be rented or portables and breaks through all the filthiness. If there’s any stubborn stains we (pre-spot) them. Then the powerful vacuum in our truck mount extracts all water. This method is recommended by carpet manufacturers, as can be seen here: http://www.carpet-rug.org/commercial-customers/cleaning-and-maintenance/manufacturer-recommended-cleaning.cfm.

Step 4. All water has been extracted and carpet is expected to dry between 1-4 hours depending on room temperature. It is highly recommended to keep the areas cleaned well ventilated, fans and air conditioning or heating systems to be turned on to accelerate the drying time.
